Where do you ship from?
Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China to ensure affordable pricing and global access.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders very quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, orders are already in processing and cannot be stopped — but eligible items can still be returned.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During holidays or sale periods, please allow extra time for fulfillment.
